reason for dashdemux not negotiated?

I am trying to playback an DASH stream. I am currently getting an error as shown below.


It seems like the pipeline fails before it attempts to demux and parse the video.


Why does it say not_negotiated?


gst-launch-1.0 souphttpsrc location="http://localhost:8100/streams/0/manifest.mpd" ! dashdemux ! queue ! qtdemux ! queue ! decodebin ! fpsdisplaysink video-sink=mfxsink

Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
